The platform includes the Financial and Claims self-serve tools. The services below are built on top of it and are priced separately. Where a service has a published price, it is on that service's page; bespoke engagements are quoted to the client.
Your first 5 vehicles are covered by one flat price. Each vehicle after that is added at the rate for its band: $6.00 per month for vehicles 6 through 25, then $5.00 per month for vehicles 26 through 49. Example: 10 vehicles is $29.99 + 5 × $6.00 = $59.99 per month. Adding a vehicle never lowers your bill.
Fleets of 50 or more vehicles get a tailored proposal, including onboarding across multiple accounts. For fleets of 50 or more vehicles, contact us to discuss tailored pricing and availability.
FleetKestrel is in early access, and availability depends on eligibility and our current enrollment status. “Founding cohort” is the name we use for the first group of hosts onboarded onto the platform. Pricing and terms are confirmed when an account is activated.
