What operators ask before applying.

FleetKestrel is currently onboarding its first cohort by application. We review every submission personally and qualify operators based on fleet size, market, and operating history. This is not a waitlist — qualified applicants receive access instantly upon approval.
A card is required before activation so the trial can convert automatically if you do not cancel before the trial ends. You are not charged during the 14-day trial. Before activation, Stripe shows the subscription price, billing interval, trial end date, renewal terms, and cancellation method. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Most operators need their vehicle information (make, model, year, purchase price), cost structure inputs (insurance, financing, maintenance reserves), and Turo receipt history. The more complete your data, the more accurate your per-vehicle P&L and MDR floor. You can start with partial data and add more over time.
Your data is processed inside FleetKestrel's secure platform and used to generate your fleet intelligence. It is never sold to third parties. When you close your account, your personal information is deleted and your fleet data is anonymized and retained only in non-identifiable aggregate form as part of our benchmark dataset.
